Shipping Policy

Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make amendments or cancellations as our team are working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.  If you need to return any items please wait until you receive the shipment and then follow our Returns procedure. 

Currently, we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Anything out of mainland UK may taker a day or two more to process.

We aim to ship all orders placed before 12pm, Monday-Friday, on the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be sent the following working day, orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be shipped out on the following Monday.
